**Data Entry and Typing**:
Accurately type and enter written content from hard copies, handwritten notes, or digital files into MS Word or other relevant software.
Ensure proper formatting, consistency, and clarity in the entered text.

**Formatting and Document Layout**:
Format documents, study materials, and instructional content to ensure a professional and uniform appearance.
Implement consistent font styles, headings, tables, and pagination.

**Mathematical Equations and Symbols**:
Input complex mathematical equations and symbols using Math Type.
Ensure accuracy in equation representation.

**Diagrams and Graphics**:
Insert diagrams, graphs, and images into documents as needed, aligning them appropriately with the text.
Label and format diagrams for clarity.

**Proofreading and Quality Assurance**:
Review entered data and documents to identify and correct errors, including typographical and formatting issues.
Ensure that all mathematical equations and diagrams are accurate and properly represented.

**File Organization and Management**:
Maintain an organized filing system for digital documents and materials.
Ensure that files are appropriately named and stored for easy retrieval.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in data entry, document formatting, or related roles, especially in an educational or publishing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting features.
Familiarity with Math type or mathematical equation editors.
Basic graphic editing skills for inserting and formatting diagrams and images.
Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
Effective organizational skills for managing large volumes of data and documents.
