**Responsibilities**
- Custom Order entry - using internal tools/online
- Request for estimation -using internal tools/online
- Raise queries to sales rep regarding submitted orders - raise tickets on third party platforms like Zendesk and JIRA
- Order tracking - use internal tools and dashboard to monitor progress on submitted orders.
- Create Menu books and parts - using internal tools
- Menu content type-out - create word files with 100% accuracy
- Report/Dashboard creation in excel

**Requirements**:

- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi
- Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willing to work in rotational Shifts. 24*7
- Tech-savvy with an ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
