**Job description**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or relevant role of minimum 2 year in geo synthetic materials.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS word, Outlook
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Demonstrated capability of sales portfolio of minimum 50 lakh per annum
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122018, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
