Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Manage the Housekeeping Staff
- Get all Electrical Appliances servicing done on time
- Overlook the Pantry, office cleanliness
- Manage Building Access Cards, Gym Cards, Parking Cards and their Name List
- Assist HR & Admin Manager with any other work assigned.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have ability to get the work done
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
