**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue accurate bills/invoices for bakery products to customers using billing software.
- Verify billing details, such as product prices, discounts, and tax calculations.
- Manage and maintain records of daily transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Ensure proper documentation of all billing activities.
- Handle customer queries regarding billing and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in **computer billing** or a related role.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations related to billing is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in the bakery or FMCG sector is a plus.

**Salary**: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
