**Job Title: AI Expert**

**Location:Mohali Punjab

**Responsibilities**:
1. **AI Model Development**:

- Research, design, and develop state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms, specializing in NLP/NER, Recommendation and Ranking systems, Langchain Framework Generative AI, and Long-former (LLM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and tailor AI solutions to meet business objectives.

2. **API Development**:

- Create efficient and robust APIs to facilitate smooth integration of AI models into our products.
- Ensure optimal performance even during high traffic periods.

3. **Scalable Solutions**:

- Architect and implement AI solutions that are scalable and adaptable, accommodating future growth and evolving user requirements.

4. **Performance Optimization**:

- Continuously analyze AI model performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

5. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and deliver reliable results.
- Improve existing models based on feedback and performance analysis.

6. **AI Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, research papers, and technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by incorporating cutting-edge technologies into AI development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a similar field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI model development, with a strong focus on NLP/NER and Generative AI (LLM).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Python.
- Experience with AI Libraries or Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in NLP/NER.
- Familiarity with API development.

**Salary Range**:

- Annual salary in the range of 8 to 10 LPA.
