**Job Role &Responsibilities:

As an AI Expert, you will be responsible for researching,

designing, and implementing advanced AI models and algorithms

that incorporate the latest technologies in NLP/NER,

Recommendation and Ranking systems, Lang chain Framework

and Generative AI (LLM). Your expertise will be vital in creating

efficient APIs capable of handling high loads, ensuring seamless

integration into our products. As a fast learner, you will stay at

the forefront of AI advancements, driving innovation and

scalability across our portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. AI Model Development**: Research, design, and develop state
- of-the-art AI models and algorithms, specializing in NLP/NER,

Recommendation and Ranking systems, Lang chain Framework

Generative AI and Long former (LLM)

**2. API Development**: Create efficient and robust APIs to facilitate

smooth integration of AI models into our products, ensuring

optimal performance even during high traffic.

**3. Scalable Solutions**: Architect and implement AI solutions that

are scalable and adaptable, accommodating future growth and

evolving user requirements.

**4. Performance Optimization**:Continuously analyze AI model

performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement

enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**5. Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing and validation of

AI models to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and

deliver reliable results, improve existing models.

**7. AI Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements,

research papers, and technologies to drive continuous

improvement and innovation.

Qualification Required Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, Artificial

Intelligence, Machine Learning or similar field.

Technical background.

**Programming Knowledge**: Proficient in Python and experience

with AI libraries and frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch,

Hugging Face Transformers, Reinforcement learning, Multilingual

models, Lang chain Framework, OpenAI etc.

**2. API Development**:Demonstrated experience in building

efficient and scalable APIs to handle high loads and ensure

optimal AI model integration.

**3. Fast Learner**:Proven ability to quickly grasp new AI

technologies and methodologies, implementing them effectively

in product development.

**4. Problem-Solving Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills to tackle complex challenges in AI model development and

optimization.

**Minimum skills we look for Python, AI Libraries or Frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow),**

**NLP/NER, API**

**Minimum experience: in domain /**

**overall industry**

**3-4 Years of hands-on experience in AI model development, with**

**a strong focus on NLP/NER and Generative AI (LLM).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
