As an Event Management Intern at Social Refuel, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing events. This internship is designed for individuals with a passion for event coordination, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Event Planning**:

- Support the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, seminars, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop event concepts, themes, and logistics.
- **Logistical Support**:

- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
- **On-Site Event Support**:

- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with attendee registration, information dissemination, and issue resolution.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials for events.
- **Post-Event Analysis**:

- Contribute to post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- **Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software/tools.
