**Social Media Intern (MBA Students)**

**Salary**: INR 15,000 - 20,000 per month

We are excited to offer an internship opportunity tailored specifically for MBA students who are passionate about social media intern. As a Social Media Intern, you will execute social media strategies while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and discussions relevant to our industry and brand.
- Engage with followers and clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are integrated into overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement on social media.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to inform future decision-making.
- Assist in managing client relationships, including gathering requirements, providing updates, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for innovative campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Duration and Compensation:
This internship position is available on a full-time basis with a duration of 3 month silver. Compensation will be provided in accordance with company policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
