Greetings from Cybergys Technologies We are hiring for Voice Associate (International Process).
**Shift**:Night shift | 5 days a week
**Work Location**:Module 18, 15th Floor, Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, EM Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091
**Work Model**: Work from Office
**Salary**:As per industry standard.
**Responsibilities**
- Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their queries and issues.
1. Able to understand the **English language. **Completely and grasp the project work quickly.
2. Able to understand the training provided by the team manager
3. Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.
4. Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.
5. Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.
6. Able to meet deadlines.
7. Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.
8. Must be able to do the Night Shift.
**Skills**
- Fluent/excellent verbal English and good writing skills for international project.
- Decent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience: Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Hiring Freshers as well.
- Qualification: minimum 10+
**Benefit**: Work 5 days a week, CL
