Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in Odia and Assamese languages.

Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution.

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer queries and concerns.

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Adhere to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) set by the organization.

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction metrics and overall performance.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in Odia, Assamese, and English languages (verbal and written).

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or voice process role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
