**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Record and manage daily financial transactions in **Tally Prime**.
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and GST compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- **Tally Prime Management**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of Tally Prime software.
- Update and maintain company accounts, ledgers, and records.
- Generate accurate reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Compliance and Taxation**:

- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations and filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- **Data Accuracy and Security**:

- Verify the accuracy of financial data entered into the system.
- Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of financial records.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with auditors during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in Tally Prime (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to learn and implement new software features.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
