Company Description Cosentus India Private Limited ( CIPL) Role Description Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager - Finance and Accounts (GMF&A) shall be responsible for ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets, and working in co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Supervising the process of vendor payments (which includes invoice receipt, verification, feeding, filing, following-up and tallying) at the central level for managing vendors; - Ensuring the establishment and implementation of internal control systems for the maintenance of accounts and records as required under different statutes and regulations, especially the Companies Act and other Secretarial procedures; - Implementinginternal controls and checks for payment mechanism; - Verifying compliance with financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures and controls of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Government of India; - Reporting risk issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors; - Monitoring the status of bills under review/ dispute pending beyond the stipulated timeline; - Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies, at all levels of operation - Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation - Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions - Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraud - Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses - Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns - Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report - Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget - Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes - Helps in preparation of contracts and is hands on with commercials and accounts. - Prepare P&L’s - Timely making of monthly, quarterly books, - Responsible for G&A and Vendor Management - Prepare Contracts / SOW’s of the same, - Can do commercial negotiations, - Helps in TDS Computation, Form 16’s etc. Requirements and Skills - Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role - Experience in planning and budgeting - Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) - Strong analytical ability - Excellent communication skills - Outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Problem-solving aptitude - MBA In Finance or relevant field; CA/CS is a plus Budget 25Lac Per annum
