**Job Title: Accounts and Taxation Intern (CA Firm Experience Required)**

**Location**: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune (In-office)

**Job Type**: Full-time | Internship (12 months)
**Experience Required**: 1-2 Years (Hands-on CA Firm Experience)
**Stipend/Pay**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**: Record and maintain books of accounts in **Tally**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- **Taxation**:

- Prepare and file **GST returns (monthly, quarterly, annual - GSTR 9 & 9C)**.
- Draft and file **Income Tax Returns (ITR)** for individuals and entities.
- Handle **TDS compliance** - computation, return filing, and reconciliations.
- **Auditing**: Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and GST audits with proper documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
- **Compliance**: Respond to government notices and assist in regulatory filings.
- **Payroll Processing**: Prepare and finalize monthly payroll, including PF/ESI compliance.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform reconciliations for GST, TDS, and other accounts.

**Key Requirements**
- **1-2 years of experience** working in a **Chartered Accountant firm** (mandatory).
- Practical knowledge of **Tally ERP**, **GST compliance**, **ITR filing**, and **TDS returns**.
- Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards and corporate taxation.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a learning mindset.

**Eligibility**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA or equivalent.
