- Manage overall kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Supervise and lead junior chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and provide training to maintain kitchen standards.

**Inventory & Sourcing**:

- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Order ingredients and liaise with suppliers.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure the highest possible quality of food is produced.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure dishes meet restaurant standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
