**Purchase Executive**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and administrators to identify procurement needs for educational materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
- Identify potential suppliers and vendors through market research, industry contacts, and supplier databases.
- Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Draft and review purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions, specifying quantities, specifications, delivery dates, and payment terms.
- Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before submission to suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels of educational materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams to track incoming shipments, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and manage stock levels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries and issues.
- Address supplier performance issues, such as late deliveries, quality defects, or pricing discrepancies, through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare budget forecasts and projections for procurement-related expenses, providing input to financial planning processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
