**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **hardworking, disciplined, and resourceful Purchase Executive** who can take full ownership of sourcing and procurement for design, prototyping, tooling, and manufacturing projects.
You will be responsible for identifying reliable vendors, negotiating cost and timelines, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining professional coordination between our design, production, and accounts teams.

This is a **hands-on role** for someone who believes in getting things done — not just managing paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and evaluate vendors for materials, machining, fabrication, prototyping, and mold manufacturing.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to optimize project profitability.
- Issue purchase orders (POs), maintain vendor agreements, and track order fulfillment.
- Ensure **on-time procurement** of parts, tools, and consumables to meet project timelines.
- Maintain vendor performance records - quality, cost, and reliability metrics.
- Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure correct specifications are procured.
- Manage inventory levels and avoid stock-outs for running projects.
- Follow up daily with suppliers for status updates, dispatches, and delivery confirmations.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and maintain procurement MIS reports.
- Identify new suppliers, negotiate annual rate contracts, and build long-term supplier relationships.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong understanding of **engineering materials, fabrication, and machining processes**:

- MS Excel proficiency (cost tracking, vendor MIS, purchase reports)
- Knowledge of vendor ecosystems in Delhi/NCR for **CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, molds, packaging, etc.**:

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced environments

**Desired Qualifications**
- Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- 0-2years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase / vendor development
- Experience in product design or manufacturing firms will be a strong plus

**Salary**

₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
