Roles and responsibilities:

- Close new deals at a high rate.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts.
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹9,257.76 - ₹25,838.59 per month

- Ludhiana, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
