We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and its products

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
