To oversee the installation, maintenance, and repairs of centralized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial buildings, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC site supervisor. Strong HVAC system experience and the ability to oversee site operations are qualifications for the right applicant.

Description of Work:
Daily Reports: Maintain a record of the completed assignments and update reports accordingly.

Personnel management: Report on your workforce's status on a regular basis to the site engineer.

Resource Scheduling: Assign workers and materials in compliance with the project schedule, and report any delays to the site engineer.

Technical Coordination: Contact the site engineer with any technical inquiries.

Quality Control: Ensure that superior work is finished with few rejections Moreover, in compliance with approved shop drawings.

Material Quantification: After precisely estimating the materials using approved shop drawings, provide the required materials to the site engineer as soon as is practical.

Work Supervision: Assist the Quality team in keeping an eye on and confirming the completion of assigned tasks.

Certification: Make sure the project is quickly certified by the appropriate authorities.

Measurement Submission: Ensure that confirmed measurements are sent on time to the billing engineer.

Material Reconciliation: Make sure that materials are reconciled on time by collaborating with the shop manager.

Safety Procedures: Ensure that you and every other worker adhere to the employer's established safety protocols.

Qualifications:
shown knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly those in homes and businesses.

a deep comprehension of MEP systems (air conditioning, ventilation, and heating).extraordinary management and coordinating skills.

the ability to read, comprehend, and interpret shop drawings.outstanding communication and cooperation skills.

knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,890.63 - ₹41,512.27 per month
