Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team, where you will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior data scientists, contribute to the overall data science strategy, and drive innovation by integrating cutting edge AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that align with business

objectives and performance standards.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to extract actionable insights and support

data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive

leadership.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models in production, implementing

improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines and ensure high

quality datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and data science advancements, incorporating new

methodologies into projects.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices and team development.
- Work closely with the MLOps team to ensure seamless model deployment and

integration into production environments.
- Create and maintain documentation, including model specifications, data

dictionaries, and user guides.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning,

stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related

quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit

learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural

language processing (NLP).
- Proven ability to develop and deploy machine learning models in production

environments.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms

(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business

problems into AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non

technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development

practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and

automation.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI

development.
- Prior experience mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to team growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple

projects simultaneously.

- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn and experiment with emerging AI

technologies
