Job Summary:
As a Data Scientist at Titan, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that will improve customer experience and increase sales. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Develop and implement predictive models to identify customer behavior and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Use data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards for business leaders
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science techniques
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts in the team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science role
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industry preferred
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
