**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Listing Management**:Upload and manage product listings on our website and online marketplaces.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for improved search visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product content.

**Listing Enhancement**:Continuously improve and enhance existing product listings to increase conversion rates and sales.
Optimize product images and ensure they meet the required standards for quality and consistency.

**Customer Handling**:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, promotions, and policies.
Offer personalized assistance to customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in listing products on websites and marketplaces.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic image editing software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
