**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now instances to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Service Now platform.
- Customize and extend Service Now functionalities through scripting (JavaScript), workflow configuration, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Service Now, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into IT service performance, operational trends, and key metrics.
- Implement automation workflows and orchestration processes to streamline service delivery, incident resolution, and change management.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Service Now platform.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, new features, and emerging technologies in the Service Management space to continuously improve our Service Now environment.Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and fellow team members on Service Now functionalities and best practices.

**EDUCATION**
- University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

**Required**:

- Proficiency in Service Now administration, including but not limited to: instance configuration, user management, workflow administration, and data management.
- Strong development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages relevant to Service Now customization.
- Experience with Service Now reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Performance Analytics, Reporting API) to create and customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- ITIL v4 Certification or Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks to design and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques (e.g., Service Now Flow Designer, Orchestration) to automate routine tasks and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.5+ years of progressive experience in information technology
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow with recent implementation experience
- Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.Experience with Lean, DevOps, Kanban, and other improvement frameworks or techniques
