We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong technical background and exceptional communication abilities to drive the implementation of advanced technology solutions across Ramboll

Are you an experienced Solution Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that drive business success, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Collaborate closely with our innovative digitalization teams, advising them on future-proof solution designs
- Define technology architecture for large engagements involving cluster of technologies and act as a design authority for the engagement
- Perform technical feasibility and impact analysis and select software architecture or solution
- Work closely with our IT security, infrastructure and the other IT departments to ensure compliance and alignment
- Review designs and assist in creating guidelines for external collaborators and suppliers
- Be accountable for driving solution evaluation and selection decisions, buy vs build decisions, and proof of concepts which contribute to the business case
- Manage stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategy
- Build strong internal or external stakeholders relationships managing expectations at all levels
- Support us staying relevant by regularly evaluating existing and upcoming architecture patterns, best practices and emerging technology
- Contribute to our enterprise architecture strategy, underlying strategic initiatives and roadmap

**HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE**
- You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of architecting solutions
- You must have 10+ years of experience working professionally with a technical background, preferably as a senior developer
- You have a deep knowledge of design patterns and architecture principles
- You possess strong ability to influence across business and IT
- You have broad experience of cloud platforms preferably Azure and GCP
- You have deep understanding of AI technologies and services
- You possess experience working in DevSecOps
- You possess experience working in agile methodology and product development
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
- You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office
