**Solution Architect**

**Job description**:

- As a Solutions Architect, you will educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Zuper solutions for their specific business needs, helping them increase business value and overcome challenges.
- You will drive POCs, pilots, challenges, and evaluations, working hands-on with our customers using one of the best technologies in the market.
- **Solution design**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom product solutions in line with business goals and industry standards. Create architecture diagrams for proposed designs and deliver presentations.
- **Technical Implementation**: Configure, customize, and deploy Zuper, encompassing workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting, to elevate customer support operations.
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
- You enjoy tackling a wide variety of technical challenges patiently and pragmatically, never losing sight of the customer’s business objectives.

**What you'll do**:

- Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using Zuper product, solutions, and services.
- Present the company, its capabilities, and technology in a highly professional and exciting way that will engage customers and help them see the business impact and competitive advantages of the Zuper offering.
- Work diligently with the customer's technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs) to ensure the success of all customer POCs and pilots.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities, as well as new business with existing accounts.
- Address technical concerns, ideas, suggestions, customer feedback, and insights to improve product materials, technical best practices, and technical materials, while providing feedback to Product Management teams and RD.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the Cloud Stack and SaaS products
- Extensive expertise in Enterprise landscapes across various domains, including ERP systems, Accounting Systems, HRMS, IDAM, and more
- Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Project management experience is a valuable asset
- Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)
- Solution architecture: 6 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
