Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on shift.
- Ensure daily production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Enforce company policies and resolve personnel issues when necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
