2. **Experience**:

- **Familiarity with CBSE System**: Understanding the specific needs of a CBSE curriculum, including supporting students in research, study materials, and assignments, can be a key factor.

- **Library Management**: Proficiency in managing library resources, including organizing, cataloging, and maintaining books, journals, and digital resources.
- **Knowledge of Information Technology**: Familiarity with digital library systems, online databases, and e-resources is crucial in today's digital age. Understanding library management software (e.g., Koha, Libsys) is beneficial.
- **Catalogue Systems**: Familiarity with Dewey Decimal Classification or Library of Congress Classification systems for effective organization of library materials.
- **Research and Reference Skills**: Ability to assist students and teachers in finding and utilizing academic and reference materials. Being knowledgeable about various research methods and resources is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and parents.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficient organizational and multitasking skills to manage the library's day-to-day operations, keep inventory updated, and create an inviting environment for students.
