UNI ARK STUDY ABROAD PVT LTD, headquartered in **Kochi, Kerala**, operates across **five branches** and is expanding with a new branch in **Trivandrum**. As a leading **International Education Specialist**, we provide trusted guidance to students aspiring to study abroad.

We are looking for a **Part-Time Telecaller** to join our dynamic team and assist in student engagement and follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information on study abroad opportunities.
- Follow up with students who have inquired about overseas education.
- Explain available programs, visa processes, and admission requirements.
- Maintain records of calls and student interactions.
- Schedule and confirm student appointments with counselors.
- Address basic queries and direct complex concerns to relevant departments.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills** in English and Malayalam.
- Strong **customer service** and **follow-up** abilities.
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus but **freshers are welcome**.
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
