Job Purpose

Responsible for developing, communicating and supporting in implementing processes and solutions that support a compliant and efficient handling of financial processes in Dormer Pramet. This role will be focused on the OneWay SAP implementation as a member of the global project team, working closely with Sales and Production units, both within Dormer Pramet and in multiline units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secures all SAP processes that are mapped, documented and properly managed based on a common way of working (owns blueprints)
- Develops efficient processes with a focus on automation and digitalization for financial and where relevant connected systems in according to the Dormer Pramet SAP OneWay blueprint
- Supports Dormer Pramet and multiline units in communicating expectations and needs, training in before the implementation of OneWay and supports in realizing benefits after implementation.
- Ensures processes are optimized within the given legal requirement, integrations to other systems and interfaces.
- Trains finance teams in our legal and multiline units on relevant processes and identifies opportunities for improvements.
- Drives the change, identifies gaps and coordinates local corrections or modifications of the global processes.
- Guarantees compliance with related policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Manages integration with other business processes.
- Coordinates work force in the project internal, external.
- Transfers experience back to the line organization.

Background
- Minimum 3 years of experience from Finance management and controlling.
- Experience from change management and major projects is a plus but not a must.
- Well versed in financial principles, rules and processes
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Great communication skills, proactive mindset and has problem-solving attitude.
- Highly capable in identifying and suggesting improvements to financial processes.
- Supports and drive others through coaching, facilitation of teams, making change happen & project leadership knowledge.

Location for this position is home-office in either Pune, India or Malaysia
