**Role**: Customer Feedback Insights Analyst & Project
Manager
**Statement of work**:

- Customer insights analysis related activities
- Regular processing of customer feedback
- Categorization of incoming feedback
- Analyze customer data for new emerging issues & top
issues by various pivots (geo/model/language etc)
- Regular status reporting of feedback trends by
categories, status of user feedback bugs etc.**:

- End user follow ups**:

- Respond to user queries to improve app rating
- Respond to user queries in beta communities
- Project Management
- Assist with monthly release project
management
- Feature tracking, bug tracking queries
**Generic Additional Skills**:

- Good with written & oral communication
- Trend analysis & insight generation
Project Management

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹380,000.00 per year
