**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Stop actions that the company wants to prevent
- Deploy and manage virtual machines in the cloud environment
- Implement and manage storage, including setting up file shares
- Utilize recovery services to implement data backups
- Ensure data backups for restoration
- Manage public and private IP addresses for virtual machines and Azure resources
- Work directly with the management team and solutions architects to evolve infrastructure and network services
- Monitor and administer cloud environments on a daily basis
- Establish and manage best practices guidelines for system management, maintenance, and change processes
- Provide 3rd level support for regional support teams and desk side engineers
- Manage production, backup, and redundancy services for the region
- Assess external and internal technology capabilities for integration with existing IT solutions
- Create and update documentation of the IT technical estate
- Monitor and review the environment for efficiency improvements and cost savings
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Strong experience with Wintel
- Experience with VMware, Hyper V, and backup platforms
- Proficiency in Windows System Administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Azure services
