Experience in dealing with legal and liaision works with Government Departments such as GHMC, Municipal & Town Planning Departments and related offices dealing in permissions/sanctions for real estate construction projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal cum Liaison Officer with knowledge of the Real Estate Construction Industry who can manage the relationships between a company and external parties. Should be capable of following up with revenue, police and government offices and officials’ various works of legal compliances, record implementation, appeals, complaints, enquiries, survey, disputes, cases etc. Should be proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills. building Relationships with the Customers

Responsible for acting as a point of contact for facilitating administrative solutions between clients’ departments such as real estate/accounting/legal and landlords/tenants/vendors; maintaining the real estate administration database, including property abstracting, reconciling operating expenses, and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,837.08 - ₹52,774.47 per month
