**Overview**:
As a Tele Caller in the têxtile industry, you will be responsible for connecting with existing and potential customers via telephone to promote and sell têxtile products, gather market intelligence, and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce new products, promotions, and services offered by the têxtile company.

2. Sales Promotion & Generation: Actively promote têxtile products over the phone and persuade customers to make purchases. Achieve sales targets set by the management through effective communication and sales techniques.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the têxtile products offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate them to customers.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Market Research: Gather market intelligence by engaging in conversations with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve products and services.

6. Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, accurately record order details, and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

7. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases, address any issues or concerns, and encourage repeat business.

8. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using the company's CRM system.

9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer service departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative, preferably in th555e têxtile industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools will be a plus too.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
