We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and maintaining relationships to drive business growth for our construction and interior designing services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients to introduce our services, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to improve our services and offerings.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in the construction or interior designing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
