**Job Summary**:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all plastic moulded components meet quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves supervising inspection activities, implementing quality control systems, and supporting continuous improvement to maintain product consistency and reduce rejections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise in-process, incoming, and final inspection of moulded parts and raw materials.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to approved parameters and specifications.
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Profile Projectors.
- Record inspection results and prepare reports on quality performance and defects.
- Coordinate with the production team to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Handle customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and ensure proper calibration of quality instruments and gauges.
- Conduct training for operators and workers on quality awareness and defect prevention.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
- Support documentation and implementation of quality systems such as ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **plastic injection moulding processes and product quality parameters**.
- Familiar with **quality control tools and techniques** such as 7 QC Tools, Pareto Analysis, and Fishbone Diagrams.
- Proficiency in using **measuring instruments** and maintaining calibration records.
- Good understanding of **sampling plans, inspection standards, and rejection analysis**.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with production and design teams.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation and data entry (Excel, ERP, etc.).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Plastic, or Production Engineering.

**Experience Required**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in **Quality Control / Quality Assurance** in **Plastic Moulding or Automotive Component Manufacturing**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
