Job Title: Line Supervisor

Job Overview:
The Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and productivity of a specific production line or department within a company. This role involves managing a team of workers, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. The Line Supervisor should possess strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage the team and optimize production processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the production line.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper utilization of resources.
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may affect productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any production-related problems.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and supplies.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
