**Job Description - Client Account Manager**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Client Account** **Executive** to join our team. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves overseeing client accounts, coordinating with various internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilites**
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and offer proactive solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and workflows.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular progress reports to clients.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide timely solutions to client concerns and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Work with internal teams to redefine workflows based on client requirements.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Executive or Sales Account Executive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and address inquiries promptly.
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
- Good communication and upselling abilities.
- HSC with 2+ years or any graduate with 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management, particularly with a US client base.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or any photo editing tools is a plus.
- International sales experience is a plus.
