**JD for Financial Controller**
- Manage Financial operations of the company.
- Work closely with the Operation/business team and partnering in every aspect of business. High level of involvement / engagement in driving key levers for Business growth.
- Leading monthly finance close with detailed root cause analysis of variances vs budgets/estimates. Review actual / estimated financials with business on monthly basis.
- Manage the procurement of vendors and contractors including commercial negotiations.
- Ensure procurement policies and practices are compliant with requirements
- Lead the company's due diligence readiness for fundraising from institutional investors
- Oversee company legal matters, compliance with HR, tax, laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and latest accounting and tax provisions
- Continually improving internal processes and controls.
- Benchmark and Implement best practices across Industry.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory/statutory requirements including TDS, GST etc.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports/balance sheet for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, monitor and manage cash flow.
- Coordinate and closure of audits, including contracting auditors, preparing financial and compliance documents for audits, and ensuring that all audit requirements are met.
- Good team management & interpersonal skills
