Oversee social media accounts’

(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
YouTube, Website etc)
- Build brand digitally and increase

visibility through social media. Should
be creative and have attention to detail
- Collaborate with other teams, like

marketing, sales and customer service
to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond

to queries in a timely manner and
monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features

to develop brand awareness, like
promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current

technologies and trends in social
- Basic understanding of other marketing

functions, like BTL, ATL, and dealing
with external vendors. (agencies,
printers etc.)
- Ability to drive the agency, coordinate

with the internal and external team and
manage social media content
- Strong command over English and

Hindi language
- Advanced knowledge of Google

Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools,
website backend is added advantage.

**Academic Qualification**: Graduate

**Tech Qualification**: Agency experience preferred

**Specialization Required**: Social Media Marketing

**Top Three Strength**: Agency coordination, Social
Media and Community Management, Communication

**Skills**:
**Experience**: 5 + years

**Communication Skills**: English comm. Should be
excellent

**Any Other Requirement**: Digital Marketing and Brand
