**Position: Billing Desk Executive**

Location: TSF Variety Mega Mall

Experience: 0-2 years

**Salary**: ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 per month

Incentive: 1% of floor sales

Store Timing: 10:45 AM to 10:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all billing activities efficiently at the store's billing desk.
- Process customer purchases accurately and issue invoices and receipts.
- Manage basic accounting tasks, including purchase entry and stock management.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Maintain and organize files and records related to billing and inventory.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure correct accounting of all financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment based on sales data.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and other accounting documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding billing and accounting.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in billing or accounting roles, preferably in retail.
- Proficiency in billing software and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
