Billing Executive Job Description

As a Billing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing process. You will collaborate with various teams to gather billing information, verify data accuracy, and generate invoices. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and update customer accounts as needed.

Post Billing Executive Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices for customers
- Collect and verify billing information from various teams
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- Maintain customer accounts by updating account information as needed
- Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in billing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
