**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and monitor **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)** policies at project sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure workers use appropriate **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** at all times.
- Maintain site discipline, accident/incident records, and safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, site entry/ID card policies, and statutory norms.
- Train workers and staff on safety awareness and emergency response procedures.
- Report safety violations, near-miss incidents, and ensure corrective measures.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to promote a safe culture.
- Act as a liaison with external safety auditors and government authorities when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management / Industrial Safety / Civil Engineering.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a Safety Officer in **construction/interior fit-out projects**.
- Good knowledge of **HSE practices, labor safety, and statutory compliance**.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to train and enforce discipline at site.
- Certification in **NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma** (preferred).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
