**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Prepare and set up injection moulding machines for production runs, including selecting and installing appropriate moulds, adjusting machine settings, and performing test runs.
- Operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications, ensuring consistent quality and output.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor production processes and perform regular inspections of moulded products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any defects or issues with the moulded products, making adjustments to machine settings as necessary.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on injection moulding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, working closely with maintenance personnel when necessary to minimize downtime.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare reports on production performance, quality issues, and machine maintenance activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
