Counselor for Health Care Sector

**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

The Counsellors responsibilities include supporting customers and building close business relationships as they transition from sales prospects to successful recipient of the required service.

You will work directly with patients to address their queries, concerns and ensure their satisfaction while they are undertaking our service. You will also work closely with other employees/teams to ensure patient questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

1. Communicate effectively and convert potential leads to ensure revenue generation.

2. Collect and record sensitive client information and documents with strict confidentiality.

3. Input and update patient information regularly in the CRM and study the trend in leads.

4. Shall be responsible for communicating with the patients at various stages of their journey of the treatment, which involves pre-counselling, post booking
- pre surgery counselling, counselling post procedure.

5. Coordinate and communicate smoothly with patients to handle their requests for information and scheduling appointments.

6. Coordinate and share information with the relevant team to schedule appointments, cater travel requirements and other requests by patients if needed.

7. Coordinate and communicate with the doctors regarding the patient information and medical history accurately.

8. Analyze the customer trends and gaps in services and suggest a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base to ensure our strong presence.

9. Contribute to team effort and accomplish goals defined by the management.

10. Continuously update your product knowledge and analyze patient data to improve their experience.

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
