Billing Process Management:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in generating invoices.

Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.

Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to understand their billing requirements and address any billing-related inquiries.

Provide assistance and clarification on billing issues, discrepancies, or disputes.

Invoice Generation:
Generate and distribute invoices to clients based on contractual terms and agreements.

Ensure that invoices are detailed, accurate, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Payment Processing:
Track and monitor payments from clients.

Work with the finance department to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Contract Compliance:
Ensure that billing processes align with contractual agreements and terms.

Monitor contract milestones and billing schedules to meet client expectations.

Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and any issues affecting the billing process.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records of billing transactions, contracts, and client communications.

Ensure compliance with recordkeeping policies and procedures.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer support, and finance, to address billing-related issues and improve processes.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in the billing cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Implement best practices to streamline billing operations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing.

Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in billing practices.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions, billing history, and other relevant information.

Forecasting:
Work with finance teams to provide input for revenue forecasting based on billing trends and client agreements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
