**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum**:
**Teach students as per the set curriculum that covers various Western dance styles, ensuring it aligns with the skill levels of the students.**

**Instruction**:
**Conduct engaging and effective dance classes for students, focusing on techniques, choreography, and performance skills.**

**Provide clear and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dance abilities.**

**Choreography**:
**Create captivating dance routines suitable for a school performance, taking into consideration the diverse skill levels of the students.**

**Rehearsals**:
**Organize and lead regular rehearsals to ensure that students are well-prepared for the annual day performance.**

**Motivation and Encouragement**:
**Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, motivating students to express themselves through dance and build confidence.**

**Communication**:
**Maintain open communication with school staff, parents, and students regarding the progress of the dance program.**

**Costume and Prop Coordination**:
**Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to coordinate costumes and props for the performance.**

**Assessment**:
**Assess the progress of each student and provide recommendations for further improvement.**

**Adaptability**:
**Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.**

**Participation in School Events**:
**Actively participate in school events, meetings, and any other activities related to the dance program.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Western Dance Teacher with a successful track record in teaching and choreography.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in various Western dance styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Creative and innovative approach to dance instruction.
- Prior experience in preparing students for performances or events is a plus.
