**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teach Dance Classes**:

- Plan and teach freestyle, Bollywood, and hip-hop dance lessons for students of different ages and skill levels.
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with the students' abilities, incorporating basic movements as well as more advanced techniques.
- Teach students basic dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and expression.

2. **Lead Rehearsals and Performances**:

- Organize and lead rehearsals for school performances, talent shows, and dance recitals.
- Choreograph routines for school events, showcasing Bollywood, hip-hop, and freestyle dance styles.
- Encourage students to express their creativity through dance and foster a supportive, positive environment during rehearsals.

3. **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and structure in class while creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Ensure students stay focused, motivated, and work as a team during lessons.

4. **Evaluate Student Progress**:

- Track and evaluate students’ progress in dance techniques and performance skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve their full potential.

5. **Collaborate with School Team**:

- Work closely with school administrators and other teachers to integrate dance into school events and programs.
- Participate in school activities such as talent shows, cultural events, and community performances.

6. **Encourage Creativity and Confidence**:

- Inspire students to express themselves through movement and gain confidence in their abilities.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation among students, especially during group performances.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience teaching dance, especially freestyle, Bollywood, or hip-hop, to children or young students is preferred.
**- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in freestyle, Bollywood, and hip-hop dance styles.
- Ability to teach dance to children in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
- Patience and excellent communication skills to interact with students of varying levels and ages.
**- **Other Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for dance education.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for students.
