**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and forward them to the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper call records.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries courteously.
- Support marketing campaigns through telecommunication.
- Maintain a database of customers and update daily call reports.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Any degree.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in **Tamil and English** (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Pleasant voice and confident telephone manners.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
