1. **Operations Management**
- Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the company, including manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
**Financial Management**
Take ownership of the company's financial performance and be responsible for revenue generation and profitability.
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Monitor financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and provide recommendations for business growth and profitability.
Drive P&L performance through effective cost management and revenue optimization strategies.**Business Development and Growth**
Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and stay updated with the competitive landscape.
Drive market penetration and expansion by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations.
**Stakeholder Management**
Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and the media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and reputation in the industry.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with internal or external stakeholders.
**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per month
